Constantin Heitkamp

 

Constantin Heitkamp has been living in the world of product-focused sensory science for 20 years, almost as long as he has enjoyed cigars. In fact, the rituals and pleasures of fine cigars in the (back then) still accessible world of collectible Cuban cigars were instrumental in starting him down this path.

Originally focused on Viticulture and Enology, his four degrees at both Geisenheim University as well as UC Davis led him to expand into other beverages and finally Food Science. For the past five years, Constantin has been developing innovative, award-winning and ingredient-focused beverages ranging from spirits to beers and beyond at Hawaii’s rapidly-growing third largest brewery.
